 Program Founder

I have always had a love and passion for children! However, that's not enough to maintain a business and remain reputable. I am fully aware of what it takes to start and operate a successful childcare program. I have Master’s in Early Childhood Studies-Administration, Management and Leadership a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education, Mastery Certificate in Early Childhood, Mastery Certificate in Early Childhood Special Education and am also credentialed by the State of Maryland with 17 years of experience in the childcare industry.

My primary responsibilities include the daily operations and program goals of the center for ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. To include maintaining a positive learning environment through educational activities and a stimulating curriculum; conducting  and facilitating Parent/Teacher conferences throughout the year; participating in ongoing professional trainings; maintaining all administrative and record keeping operations; maintaining all financial goals and obligations; ordering and performing inventory of all classroom and food supplies; maintaining all MSDE regulation criteria and updates; preparing and overseeing all trainings and duties of program volunteers and staff; maintaining all operations of marketing and human resources; maintaining health and safety protocols for the families we service and staff; maintaining nutritional guidelines for meals within our program and facilitating effective communications to our families.

In 2021, I launched a Podcast and YouTube Channel called Enrichment on the Go. Enrichment on the Go is the go-to-resource for parents who are passionate about the development and well-being of their children.
